Some apps request access to your device location to enable map-based features. Where location is used:
Location is used on-device only to display your position on a map
Your location is never transmitted to our servers
Your location is never stored, shared, or sold to any third party
Some apps send local notifications to remind you of scheduled events or tasks you have set up. These notifications are scheduled locally on your device and do not involve transmitting any data to our servers.
Our apps do not require you to create an account. We do not collect your name, email address, phone number, or any other contact information unless explicitly stated in a specific app's supplemental disclosure.
Where our apps offer subscriptions or in-app purchases, all payments are handled entirely by Apple's App Store and StoreKit. We never have access to your payment card number, bank account, or any financial information. All billing is managed by Apple in accordance with their privacy policy.
All data you generate while using our apps — including your settings, preferences, history, and saved content — is stored locally on your device only, unless otherwise stated in the specific app.

If you enable your device's built-in backup features (iCloud), your app data may be included in your personal backup according to your device settings
Depending on the app you are using, we may work with the following external services to provide core functionality. We do not share your data with any external party beyond what is necessary to operate the features you use.
Some apps use OpenAI's API to power AI features such as image identification and analysis. Photos or content you submit are sent to OpenAI for real-time processing only. Data is handled according to OpenAI's Privacy Policy.
Our backend infrastructure is hosted on Vercel. It acts as a secure relay between our apps and third-party AI services. No user data is stored on our Vercel backend beyond the real-time processing of your request.
We use the information we collect solely to:
Provide the core features of our apps
Process AI-powered requests you initiate
Display map-based features on your device
Send local reminders you have scheduled
We do not use your data for advertising, marketing, analytics, or any purpose beyond core app functionality.
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information. The only data sharing that occurs is:
Forwarding photos or content to an AI processing service (e.g., OpenAI) solely to generate the result you requested within the app
This is temporary, real-time processing only — never used for advertising, tracking, or any purpose beyond the feature you initiated
We take reasonable precautions to protect your information. All data transmitted between our apps and our servers uses HTTPS encryption. However, no method of electronic transmission is 100% secure and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Our apps are designed for general audiences. Since we do not collect personal information linked to user identity, including from children under 13 years of age, no special provisions for children's privacy are required. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us and we will promptly address the concern.
