All data you enter is used solely to power your in-app coaching experience — building tactics, managing your squad, and creating training drills. Specifically:

• —Player data powers your squad management and tactic board
• —Tactics and drills are saved locally for you to access later
• —iCloud sync (if enabled) keeps your data in sync across your own devices
• —Language preference is used to display the app in your chosen language

CoachKit does not use any third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking tools. No usage data is collected or sent anywhere. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with any third party for any purpose.

4. Third-Party Services

CoachKit integrates with the following Apple services only. No third-party advertising, analytics, or data broker services are used:

• —Apple App Store / StoreKit — handles subscription purchases and renewals. CoachKit never receives or stores your payment details.
• —Apple iCloud / CloudKit — powers Pro sync if enabled by you. Data stays in your own private iCloud container.
• —Apple Push Notification Service — reserved for future training reminders, only if you choose to enable notifications.

All third-party integrations are Apple's own services, governed by Apple's Privacy Policy at apple.com/privacy. No data is shared with any other third party.

5. Children's Privacy

CoachKit is not intended for children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. Since CoachKit does not collect any data from users of any age, there is no special risk to children's data.

If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided personal information through the app, please contact us and we will help you remove it from the device.

6. Your Rights

Because CoachKit does not collect or store your data on any server, you have full control over all your data at all times. Specifically, you have the right to:

• —Access all your data — it is stored directly on your device and in your own iCloud account
• —Delete all local data — by uninstalling the app or using Settings → Delete All Tactics
• —Delete iCloud data — via iPhone Settings → Apple ID → iCloud → Manage Storage → CoachKit
• —Change your language preference at any time from Settings
• —Opt out of iCloud sync at any time by disabling it in Settings

7. Security

All data stored locally on your device is protected by iOS's built-in security, including device encryption when your device is locked and Face ID / Touch ID access controls.

Data synced via iCloud is protected by Apple's end-to-end encryption and stored in your own private CloudKit container. CoachKit has no access to this data.

Because CoachKit does not operate any servers or databases, there is no central server that could be breached to expose your data.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the 'Last Updated' date at the top of this page and notify users through an in-app notice where appropriate.

Continued use of CoachKit after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy. We encourage you to review this policy periodically.
